3. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item includes all original packaging and accessories

Used, installed, or modified products may not qualify for return unless defective upon arrival.

4. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Return Shipping and Fees

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

The item must be shipped within 7 days after return approval.

Restocking Fee: Returns for non-defective items are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price. This amount will be deducted from the refund total.

Exchanges for the same item do not incur a restocking fee.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
